Save Picture As problem in Internet Explorer (only .bmp offered)

Hi,

From time to time this problem happens in Internet Explorer.  I go to my web site and go to save a picture to my PC.  I Right-click and choose "Save Picture As" and only file format .bmp shows up as an available option.  I need to save as .gif or .jpg.

Try clearing your browser cache or increasing the size of the Temporary Internet Files (browser cache).  Here's how:

How To Increase The Size Of The Temporary Internet Files Folder in Internet Explorer Web Browser:

1) Click Tools and select Internet Options.
2) Click the Settings button.
3) In the Temporary Internet Files section under Amount of disk space to use, choose a larger setting.  You are better off not exceeding 500MB though.
4) Click OK and OK again.
