Link Adapt CS Mode for D-Link Wireless USB DWQ-130

I got a new D-Link Wireless USB Adapter DWA-130 and in the Advanced Setitngs there is an option for "Link Adapt CS Mode".  The options are Conservative, Aggressive, and Auto.  Any idea what this is and what difference it makes?
