Are you annoyed about uninstalling programs? Sometimes, you install an application on your PC, and find out that you do not need it or it is not one you like. At this moment, you want to uninstall that application from your PC. Thus, you go to the Add/Remove Utility of Control Panel on Your Windows System, click the button to remove the application from your computer. Unfortunately, you can not get the job done because you can not uninstall the program successfully. In my article I will let you know how to force uninstall the unwanted programs form your computer.
How to force uninstall the programs when you can not uninstall a program?
This method is good for the superior computer users to handle. Please be careful while you take the operations, otherwise, it can definitely damage your PC.
1) The first thing to do is to click Start on your system and to click Run in the Menu (If you're using Windows Vista then press Win+R on your keyboard).
2) Type Regidit and Press Enter.
3) On the left side is the registry settings tree, use it to go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
4) Inside that key you'll find a lot of keys that belong to different programs. Some are named after the program's name, others as a mix of numbers and letters that makes no sense. Look through each of them until you find one that has the key DisplayName (on the right) with your program's name in it.
5) Pay attention the key UninstallString - this key points to the uninstall program, and the log file usually resides in the same folder as that program.
6) If you delete the key in which you've found the DisplayName key with the value equal to your program's name, then your program won't appear on the Add/Remove programs list.
Some programs create new entries in the Windows registry to store their configuration options, these entries can usually be found in the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software or in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE - look for the program name or the name of the company that made the software. Don't delete Microsoft although that contains Windows settings as well.
Finally, you will find all files which have been copied. And then you should open the folder in which the uninstall program should be. Meanwhile, you need to look for files which are named uninstall.log or setup.log. The installed program files have been copied into your Windows system. Delete the files and the program will be removed completely from your PC.
The most effective and efficient way to force uninstall unwanted programs from your PC
There are a large number of uninstall tools in the market. Unfortunately, most of them are unreliable. They can not help you uninstall the programs thoroughly. The most helpful uninstall Tool is a software which can automatically scan and remove the registry completely. And it can enable you to remove program files thoroughly from your computer.

General Support / How to fix NTLDR is missing" error
« Last post by Eudorawhite on August 16, 2011, 08:44:16 PM »
There are few different ways that the "NTLDR is missing" error may present itself, with the first listing being the most common:
•   "NTLDR is missing, Press any key to restart"
•   "NTLDR is missing ,Press Ctrl Alt Del to restart"
•   "Boot: Couldn't find NTLDR, Please insert another disk"
To repair  "NTLDR is missing" system error just follow the steps explained in this tutorial.
 Cause
The error message "NTLDR is missing" means that the Windows boot loader (NT Loader, NTLDR) cannot be found. This often occurs when the computer tries to boot from a drive other than the one Windows is installed on, due to a change in the drive configuration or because you left a bootable disk in a removable drive. But it may also be because the NTLDR file has been corrupted or deleted.
How to fix "NTLDR is Missing" for Win XP
1.Locate your Windows XP/2000 instal disk and place it in your CD/DVD ROM drive. If you do not have this disk then you can not proceed any further.
2.Restart your computer or turn it off then back on again.
3.When the computer restarts press any key on your keyboard when you are prompted to "press any key to enter setup". Most computers are set up to boot to another device other than a hard drive and since the Windows XP/2000 install disk is bootable you should see the prompt. However, if you don't see the prompt you may need to change your boot prioriety in your bios.
4.After you have pressed any key you will see the Windows XP/2000 setup screen. Once it is done loading press the R key to repair the windows installation. The screen will turn black and put you in a dos like mode with a bunch of text and a few options. The first question you should is it asking you which installation you would like to log into. For most of us we just press 1 and hit enter. If you have more than one hard drive or more than 1 partition this may be different. You will have to know which hard drive or partition your Windows operating system is installed to. It then asks you for a password and if you haven't set up one up you can just leave it blank and press enter.
5.Once you see the words c:\WINDOWS> and a blinking cursor type the following...
copy d:\i386\ntldr c:\windows
D is the letter of your CD/DVD ROM drive so your's may be different, especially if you have more than one. Once this is done you can eject the CD from the drive and type EXIT to restart your computer. This will effectively copy the NTLDR file from the installation disk to your hard drive.
If you still can’t fix the error ,I think you need a registry cleaner ,please click here to fix  "NTLDR is missing"error.

Security & Anti-Virus / Immunet Free AntiVirus Review
« Last post by Dynaweb on July 14, 2011, 06:03:30 PM »
This is a quickie review of Immunet AntiVirus Free edition.  It is the same thing as ClamAV For Windows (Not ClamWin).

Immunet is the best Free AV I have ever used, and I have tried them all.  AVG, Avira, Avast, Microsoft Security Essentials, etc.  Bottom line is that Immunet is the optimal ratio of staying out of your way but intervening when necessary.  It has saved my a$$ a few times already this year.
