Windows 2000 on laptop with black screen

Hello guys !   I have a problem with my daughters laptop.  I hadn't installed any spyware of firewall software and she started using it.  Well it picked up some viruses. I purchased and installed EZ Armor software but after boot up when everything is up and running the desktop has a black screen with the Windows warning about the computer being in danger.

The spyware, firewall and virus software has been installed and I can get rid of that screen !!

Please help !!!!!  :'(

I have heard of this type of thing happenning before.  Please tell me what is the exact message that you are getting?
