502 Bad Gateway in mt.cgi

Hi,

I installed Movable Type on an IIS web server.  Going through the installation process received no error.  Additionally, going to "check" the installation at mt-check.cgi shows no problems.
However, when I go to /cgi-bin/mt/mt.cgi I get the following error message:
502 Bad Gateway
Web server received an invalid response while acting as a gateway or proxy server.

Any idea what is causing this?  Please help.

I have this exact problem, it is driving me crazy. any help would be appreciated
