Windows Boards

Recently moved a windows 2003 small business server to a new office, and demoted it to a member server, however, it locked up during dcpromo to demote it, now it looks like i'm needing to run ntdsutil but i need help, using this link as instructions:

i don't understand FULLY what i'm doing, specifically with cleaning up the old domain info off the server.  Server keeps rebooting 4 to 5 times due to computer still thinking its a domain i think.
